Returns

 

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we want to make things right.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return it. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to make the item available for collection. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@heatbriqs.co.uk or call us on 01461 204940 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm). Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we will be unable to accept them.

Once your return has been agreed, we will arrange a courier collection at a time that suits you. You will need to be present when the courier arrives. The cost of return collection will be confirmed when you contact us.

Please note: these return rights apply to consumer purchases only. Business and trade orders are subject to separate terms, which will be agreed at the point of sale.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@heatbriqs.co.uk or on 01461 204940 so we can put it right. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will arrange a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate remedy.

 

Refunds

 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
