Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your order efficiently and securely. Please review the following information for details on delivery times, costs, and procedures.

Processing Times - Individual Packs

For courier orders, we aim to dispatch same-day for orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Processing Times - Pallet Orders

For pallet orders, please allow 1-3 business days for processing after payment confirmation. Pallet orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Please let us know of any access restrictions when placing your order - things like narrow roads, low bridges, or tight driveways. This helps us avoid failed deliveries and any additional charges.

Courier Delivery - 2 Pack Orders

Delivered by national courier within 2-3 working days of dispatch. Tracking information will be available via the courier's website once your order has been dispatched

Pallet Delivery - Large Orders

Pallet orders are delivered by lorry via our logistics partner, Cumbria Logistics, within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

If you need delivery on a specific day, we offer a Dedicated Day Delivery option. Contact us when placing your order to arrange this.

Pallets are delivered to the nearest accessible, level hardstanding - typically kerbside. Please be aware of the following before ordering:

  • Delivery is made by an 18-26 tonne lorry with a tail-lift (similar in size to a bin lorry)
  • A 7.5 tonne vehicle may be available on request if access is restricted - please let us know when ordering
  • The delivery area must be flat, solid ground accessible to large vehicles
  • Pump trucks cannot operate on gravel, cobbles, high kerbs, or grass

Individual packs can be collected from:-

Missed Deliveries

Courier orders: If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange. You can also specify a safe place for your order to be left when checking out.

Pallet orders: Someone must be available to receive pallet deliveries. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, redelivery will need to be rearranged and any associated costs will be charged to you. Please ensure access and availability are confirmed before your delivery date.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

    Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage, either by email at info@heatbriqs.co.uk or by phone on 01461 204940 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm).

    If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us on the same details above and we will investigate with the carrier.
