Where do I collect my order from?

How do I collect my order?

You will need a van when collecting a pallet order. Come to our Reception Desk and a member of staff will direct you from there.
The pallet will be unwrapped for you to manually load your vehicle. The briquettes are shrink wrapped in packs of twelve.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free courier delivery to most UK postcodes.

How long will it take to dispatch and deliver my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Delivery is estimated within a further 2-3 business days. Please note that this can vary due to factors out with our control such as weather and courier delays.

Can I track my order?

Yes, orders can be tracked via courier website.

How will my order be delivered?

Our delivery partner is Cumbria Logistics, further information can be found here.

Your order will delivered on a pallet by an 18 tonne lorry with tail lift.

In order to avoid additional delivery charges, please advise us of any potential delivery restrictions when placing your order.

Vehicle Access

Your order will be delivered by Palletline. Please refer to the diagram below and ensure that your delivery point meets all requirements.

Can the delivery driver put the pallet in my garage and help me unload the pallet?

Unfortunately the driver won’t be able to do this. Deliveries are made to kerbside only.

What if I'm not at home when the courier delivers my order?

If there is no one available accept delivery of your order, and the order cannot be left in a safe place, this will need to be redelivered. There will be a charge for this, to be met by the customer.
